Putin is in town

Apparently, this leads to:
  • School shutdowns; 
  • Freeway closures; 
  • Jaywalking tickets; and, 
  • The temporary closing of $2 (read: counterfeit/pirated) DVD stores (we have three in our two-mile radius)
